They can be removed for a couple of hours a day, allowing you to brush your teeth properly, and take them out at mealtimes, so you won’t need to worry about avoiding any food that could potentially damage them. You can also enjoy extra time taking them out for sports, reading a book or just because you want to – the flexibility to choose is all yours! It is recommended to change your aligners every couple of weeks and we will provide you enough aligners to last for 6 weeks. Damon braces
